Our Design Process
We learn about your organization, needs, and goals. This includes: an initial consultation to determine the scope of work, project needs, and budget.
research & concept building
We generate ideas and brainstorm solutions, creating a three preliminary gift box options with packaging, and note card options. We add in product and maker information, and then solicit feedback before the approval.
Finding the perfect position
We develop and finalize your custom gifts. We finalize selections of products, box type, and materials. We prepare a customized quote and project timeline before presenting the project to solicit feedback and gain approval.
Design & Development
We begin to bring your design to life. We begin ordering, reserving products, and organizing items pertaining to your project. We also begin working on the design for printed material, and add updates to ensure all product is on the schedule.
We ensure all goes according to plan. We maintain a project record, management, and supervision. At this time we verify all of your addresses with UPS or preferred domestic and/or international postal carrier and prepare custom forms.
Fulfillment & Delivery
Your design comes to life. We oversee fulfillment logistics and bring all your products together for your gifts, we perfectly pack your gifts, and oversee shipping logistics. We complete the project with a list of tracking numbers.
